The oversized family room showcases a 55" big-screen projection high definition TV with VHS and DVD players (We've even left a few of our family's favorites for your enjoyment). There's a hi-fi CD player, AM/FM radio. A fully-equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining nook and breakfast bar within easy reach.

The 2nd queen master bedroom has a generous walk-in closet with 19" TV. A bathroom is just outside the door, concealed by an alcove.

The 3rd (double) and 4th (twin) bedrooms are connected via a Jack and Jill (meaning both bedrooms have ensuite) double vanity bathroom, which the kids love.

The villa is beautifully landscaped and has many decorator details such as vaulted ceilings, arched doorways, and many nooks and crannies that it feels just like home. Our villa is all-equipped with every tool and accessory essential for your relaxing home-away-from-home.

And new for 2004, full baby equipment including a portable crib, traditional Peg Perego high chair, clip-on seat (perfect for the breakfast bar), and a car seat (30 lbs and higher) - all available free of charge for your use.

For those needing amenities, there is a brand new supermarket just 10 minutes away, Champions Gate golf course (a Greg Norman golf complex) and all its facilities, nails, massage, etc. are within a 5 mins drive). For when want to eat out there are many restaurants such as TGI Fridays, Outback Steakhouse, New York Pizza Co. and Bahama Breeze (the latter being are favorite) are all in the area.
