Attila 4, Alegranza, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote is a south facing, semi-detached two bedroom, two bathroom villa with its own 'never-ending' exercise spa-pool and jacuzzi on a large, secluded, sunny terrace. The quiet and secluded development of 100 private Villas and Bungalows also has three large, but underutilised, communal pool areas, each comprising free form adult and shallow childrens pools with showers and sun loungers, one of which is within 50 yards of the villa.

The ground floor comprises hall, lounge diner (with 2 sofas, satelliteTV/DVD/music system and wooden, rustic, finca style dining table and chairs), which can have a Z bed for a 5th person with double French windows onto the front terrace, separate fitted kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and coffee maker), solana (a walled clothes drying area), twin-bedroom and separate bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet, bidet and single washbasin.

The first floor comprises a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet, bidet and twin 'his & hers' washbasins. The bedroom has a door onto the large roof terrace that has views to all four sides. Outside there is parking on the drive for two small cars end to end or one large.

The villa is complete with TV, satellite & DVD, a music system and at least one further CD/tape/radio player. The kitchen is fitted with electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee filter machine, crockery and glassware.

There are large patios to the front and rear on the ground floor as well as a secluded terrace at first floor level and garden equipment includes sun loungers, table and chairs at both levels and a parasol.

The villa will be cleaned and checked before arrival and freshly stocked with bed linen and bathroom towels. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen weekly. Please bring your own pool towels.

A basic welcome pack is provided and this can be upgraded with choices of bread, milk, butter, water and soft-drinks, wine, beer, coffee and tea on request.
