Westridge estate has a lovely safe feel to it. It has resident as well as tourist homes which are well spaced and have lush greenery, the estate being exceptionally well looked after. The estate offers community facilities such as tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, community pool and children?s play area. For the golfers there is an 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course just one mile away from the estate, plus other numerous clubs near by.

The villa itself has a living/lounge area overlooking the pool area with an offset large kitchen and dinning area. 40"LCD Cable TV, DVD, Video and Hi Fi, Ceiling Fan in lounge.

All bedrooms are well decorated with quality fittings. There is a main bathroom with tub and over bath shower with screen and vanity unit.

The pool has heating available upon request (gas heated, the most reliable heating method for the cooler months).
