I have 3 units in the Tidewater Beach Resort. One 1BR/2BA located on the 11th floor and two 3BR/3BA located on the 12th and 14th floors. My 1BR/2BA have a king in the master, built in bunks in the hall, and a queen sleeper in the family room, this unit sleeps 6. My 3 BR/3BA units have a king in the master, queen in the guest, a bunk room with twins, and a queen sleeper in the family room, these units sleeps 8 for a total of 1131 square feet of living space. Everything in these condos will be brand new and professionally decorated. The units boast granite countertops and 9 feet ceilings. Many extras and upgrades in the unit make it comfortable, relaxing and fun. High speed internet will keep you connected, TV/DVD in all bedrooms and in the family room to entertain you.There is a washer and dryer in all the units.
The soon to be Pier Park is a planned shopping and entertainment mega complex, less than 1/2 mile away. There is nothing like this on the panhandle anywhere. It is presently being built, with parts of the complex being finished in 2007. Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum has just opened, do not miss it with the kids. Shipwreck Island is right up the street and is a water park filled with fun for all ages! Panama City Beach is growing by leaps and bounds, with a total renovation now well underway. New restaurants are popping up everywhere.
