Welcome to our villa named THE PRIDE set amongst Orange Groves on a New Community on Highway 27 just North of the US192 called Orange Tree only 15 minutes from DISNEY.

Enter the Villa & you will step into the First of our two Living areas this room overlooks the Pool & has been made totally to relax in after a Long but enjoyable Day at the Theme parks. The Family room is our second Living area this has Patio Doors that lead onto the Lanai plenty of seating to sit & watch the 37"" screen cable t.v or enjoy a Film on the DVD/VCR or just sit & listen to some music on the CD System. Both of these rooms have Queen sleeper sofas in them enableing the villa to sleep up to 12 people.

Both the Kitchen & Laundry room are equipped with everything needed for your stay. Fridge/Freezer with ice-maker Cooker Dishwasher Microwave Washing Machine Dryer & plenty more. Also plenty of Glasses Crockery & cookware should you decide to stay in & eat. There is also a Breakfast Bar & Dining area this leads out to the pool.

We have 5 Bedrooms the first is the KING MASTER SUITE this has a Full en-suite Bathroom with Roman style Tub Large walk-in shower His n Hers Vanity units & toilet. Walk-in Wardrobes with an Electronic safe fitted for your valuables. Patio Doors lead out to the Pool & Lanai & there is a 27"" cable t.v Telephone & clock radio.

The second Bedroom is the QUEEN MASTER SUITE this also has an en-suite Bathroom with Large Double shower Vanity unit & toilet. This room also has access to the pool area & has Fitted wardrobes & cable t.v & clock radio.

There is a DOUBLE ROOM & Two TWIN ROOMS these share the third Full bathroom with Bath Vanity unit Shower & Toilet all have fitted Wardrobes Cable t.v & Clock radios.

Step outside onto the Lanai where you will find our Roman Style 28x16ft Pool that is SOUTH WEST Facing so SUN all day long. The pool has a child safety fence around it to protect the little ones from getting in when you are not around. This can be removed if required. The pool can also be heated if wanted in the cooler months upon request.Relax on one of the many sunloungers that are there for your use & if you have had enough sun then move to a part of the Lanai that is shaded. We also have extra Dining Facilities on the Lanai where you can make good use of the Florida Weather & Dine Al-Fresco use the Barbque that we have or just sit & chill out with a cool drink especially at night by the floodlit Pool & if the evenings get a little warm then turn on the cooling ceiling Fan that we have on the Lanai.

Finally the GAMES ROOM has an 8ft Pool Table a Foosball table an Electronic Darts Board & Table Tennis (ping-pong) plus a selection of toys & Games for the children.

The Pride is managed by an Excellent management company who are on hand 7 days a week 24hrs if there is anyhting you should need whilst staying at the villa. The villa is fully alarmed & air-conditioned throughout.

All linen & Towels are provide plus a Baby Cot Highchair & Hairdryers in all the Bathrooms plus a Telephone with Free local calls. Our villa has also been awarded with the Prestigious American AAA Diamond Rating Award. Everything has been thought of to make your stay as Comfortable Enjoyable & Memorable as possible.
