Our Cyprus holiday apartment is situated on the third floor and has lift access. The holiday apartment has sea views and gets the sun from mid-morning until sunset. An open plan kitchen leading off a large dining and lounge area that has patio doors leading to a balcony. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing unit with hair dryer The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is extra sleeping accommodation on a sofa bed in the lounge area all good quality bed linen is provided. The bathroom has both bathed and shower facilities. The apartment is newly furnished to a very high standard with television, CD stereo system, DVD player, Video and fully fitted kitchen including microwave oven, washing machine etc. The apartment has duel air-conditioning / heating units in the living area and bedrooms as well as ceiling fans in the living area. Water is heated by both electric and solar heating. The electricity supply is 240 volts and all power points are 3-pin the same as the UK . The complex has a secure entrance with intercom communication to the apartment. The apartment has its own covered parking area. There is a lift to all floors and a communal swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols on the pool deck. There are also male and female changing rooms with toilet and shower facilities in the pool area. It should be noted that in the interests of safety all children should be accompanied by an adult when they are in the pool area. Our luxury third floor apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Kato Paphos. The balcony is bathed in sunshine from mid morning until sunset. There is a private swimming pool and pool deck with sun loungers and parasols. The apartment is close to both old Paphos and the busy fishing harbour area complete with fortress, shops and restaurants which only a 10 minute walk. The "Tombs of the Kings" road with all its amenities, i.e. banks, shops, restaurants, bars, 24hr medical centre and a local bakery which provides excellent produce daily is only a few minutes walk. Shops are open 8am-1pm then 4pm till late and the banks are open in mornings only and remember that half day closing is Wednesday and Saturday. The apartment is set back off the "Tombs of the Kings" Road, lending itself to privacy and quiet while still superbly located for all the features listed above. A 15 minute walk will lead you to the top tourist attraction in Cyprus the ancient "Tombs of the Kings" site itself. The very impressive "Mosaic Houses" are about a 20 minute stroll away and definitely worthwhile visiting. Take time to go and browse around the bustling old town and market which you will find interesting and full of bargains You will find all the local Cypriot people very friendly and welcoming There are several local beaches close at hand in Paphos and the beautiful Coral Bay is a15 minute drive along the new coast road. Aphrodite's Rock where Aphrodite is said to have emerged from the waves is on the coast road to Limasol and is about 20 minute drive
