As local residents, my wife and I maintain our condo to the same standards as our own home. Our 8th floor, 2 BR, 2 BA condo is located in the Phoenix III condo building and has every amenity that you need to make it your home away from home. The condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking - the reason we bought the condo. The Phoenix III condo building has every amenity that you need: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, racquetball court, tennis courts, barbeque area with 6 charcoal grills, and of course a boardwalk to a beach covered with sugar white sand. You are also located in the heart of everything: entertainment, restaurants, marinas, and shopping including grocery stores.

Amenities: Our condo is loaded with every amenity that you need to enjoy your stay in paradise, including your towels and linens - just bring your favorite beach towel. The condo has cool tile floors throughout and an open, non-boxy unit layout.

The Guest Bedroom has two full-sized beds with nightstand and dresser, 19 inch TV with cable, VCR, and am/fm radio alarm clock, a private guest bathroom and plenty of closet space.

The Gulf Front Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with two night stands and dresser, 19 inch TV with cable and am/fm radio alarm clock, sliding glass door that opens to the balcony for a view of the beach, a private master bathroom with tub/shower, sink and full-length mirror.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, mixer, and a bar with seating for two. A pantry and plenty of cabinets offer ample storage space for food and supplies. The dinning area with table and six chairs is adjacent to the kitchen. All utensils and dishware are furnished. Adjacent to the kitchen is a washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.

The Living Area has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, 25 inch TV with cable, VCR, DVD, and a five-disc CD/AM/FM/Tape stereo system. A telephone with free local service is provided. A large sliding glass door opens to the balcony for great views of the beach. The balcony has plenty of room for relaxing with a table and four chairs and a chez lounge.

Activities: Phoenix III is in the heart of it all including: Restaurants (Live Bait, Original Oyster House), Golf (Craft Farms, Kiva Dunes), Shopping (SanRoc Cay, Tanger Outlet Mall), Activities (Waterville USA, The Track), biking, surfing, jet ski rental.

We will gladly recommend additional activities. A dolphin cruise is a must!
