Professionally decorated and furnished by parents who understand the stresses of traveling with children, we will provide you with an environment that will allow you to enjoy the vacation and make memories to remember for a lifetime. This home is perfect for everyone, including golfers, individual families, groups of friends, business travelers or extended family reunions.
Our home offers three master bedrooms with king beds (two have en-suite baths and the third shares a bath); one queen bedroom, one room with two twins and a Mickey Mouse fantasy land that contains a full/twin bunk.
Our game room rivals all others allowing you to spend quality time with family and friends while playing pool, darts, XBOX, cards or games at the game table. All main bedrooms provide you with the relaxation and comfort of your own 20¡¨ TV/DVD while enjoying a good night¡¦s sleep on our luxury pillow top mattresses. Enjoy family time together while watching the big game or a movie on the 52¡¨ high definition screen in the family room.
Take time out to relax and enjoy Florida¡¦s magnificent sunshine in our south facing pool while enjoying sun all day long or relaxing with a good book while resting on a chaise lounge under the extended lanai.
While enjoying all the comforts of our home you will also be able to enjoy all the comforts and security of Windsor Hills Resort. Windsor Hills is a secure, gated facility with 24 hour security personal that only allows access to residents and guests. Please feel free to enjoy the game room, sundry shop, fitness center, private movie theatre, and a lagoon style pool park with waterslide, spa, fountains and separate toddler pool while lounging in the beautiful Florida sun. Other recreational activities include a children¡¦s playground only 2 blocks from our home, and volleyball and tennis courts nearby.
Activities (on site or nearby): Located off 192 and I4 we are located less than 2 miles from the Disney World entrance. Hiking, Rock Climbing, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Fitness Center, Gym, Miniature golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping and more are all located nearby!

Our home is located in a safe and security gated community which offers its resident¡¦s access to the Windsor Hills Clubhouse. The clubhouse offers a heated pool, spa, chaise lounges for sun bathing and shaded lanais to cool and relax under. Inside you will find pool and ping-pong tables, fitness center, changing rooms, Movie Theater, Sundry shop for your shopping convenience, video games and a family lounge where you can get together with other families to enjoy a relaxing day of fun and socialization.
Terms and Conditions:
There is a one time departure cleaning fee of $130 on stays less than 5 nights.
?X Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee.

Payment Terms & Conditions
?X $300 non-refundable deposit required upon reservation. Deposit will be applied to the total amount due. Final payment due 45 days before arrival and is non-refundable at that point.

Cancellation Policy:
?X $300 Deposit is Non-Refundable.
?X Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.
?X Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies.
Pool/Spa Terms & Conditions:
?X Pool Heat charges are as follows: $140.00 per week or $20 per day.
?X Charges commence the date turned on until date of departure unless different dates have been pre-arranged. Most pools take up to 24 hours to heat from the time turned on.
Please inform us as soon as possible if the pool/spa is not working properly. If pool heat was purchased, any days that the heater is verified as inoperative will be credited. We will do everything possible to fix any problems that occur. Any renter caught tampering with the pool heater will lose the $500 security deposit.
NOTE: The pool area is surrounded by a child safety fence.
