This New Apartment (completed in 2004) is in a prime location in a peaceful village on the up and coming Costa Tropical Coast line.

The Village is located only mins off the main N340 coastal road and access from either Malaga or Almeria airport can be easily obtained.

The Village has 1 supermarket and 1 bar, but all amenities can be found only a 3 minute drive away. This village will eventually expand its amenities as it grows in size.

The apartment is in excess of 100 sq mtrs in size.

The apartment is only 30 seconds walk from the long and generally empty (& safe) beach. The apartment should be sought by someone who is seeking total peace and quiet in a tranquil setting and as an investment for the future.

The people in this village are extremely friendly and you can really mix and enjoy the company of a small friendly traditionally Spanish village.

The beach in this Village has changing rooms which are open in the height of the season. Our opinion is that this is a safe place to allow small children to play in a safe and sound environment.

From this base you can explore the super region of Granada (including the stunning Alpujarra's, only 30 mins drive away) then return to the peace and tranquility of the Village.

The accommodation comprises of:

3 Double Bedrooms, all with natural light and 2 with views over the surrounding sweeping bay.

2 Bathrooms.

Fully fitted kitchen in a soft pink and cream colour. Kitchen Facilities include, 3/4 fridge freezer, extractor, electric hob and stainless steel sink. The kitchen is large with ample space for a table and chairs.

Off the kitchen is a utility room plumbed for a washing machine but also housing the gas water heater and butler sink.

Good Sized Lounge/Dining area leading onto the terrace via double glazed patio doors and external shutters.

Terrace with stunning views.

The specification is high, and all bathrooms and kitchens are tiled in Spanish premium tiles and Sapele doors throughout
