The Shelborne South Beach Oceanfront Condominium we have available is a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite with 490 square
feet comfortably sleeping up to 4-6 adults (the largest condos in Shelborne). Each room is about 250 square feet
and each bedroom has its private entrance to the bathroom. One of the bedrooms has 2 queen size beds and the second
bedroom can be set up with 2 twin size beds or as a 1 king size bed. The Condo is located on one of the higher
floors with a partial ocean view, tucked away from any night club noise of Collins Ave.

doors sleeping up to 6 persons. A typical bedroom consists of two deco designed Queen size beds and cable TV set;
