Hampton Lakes is a very prestigious and quiet residential community surrounded by orange/ citrus groves. Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando are both within 30 minutes easy drive. There are a number of small, good quality family restaurants along Highway 192, if you require a wider variety of food, then a ride to downtown Kissimmee is a must. There you can choose from nearly 6 miles of restaurants offering Mexican, Indian, Italian, Chinese, you name it.

The house is located close to both Kissimmee and Orlando in central Florida, just 11 MILES FROM WORLD DRIVE, the entrance to DISNEY WORLD, EPCOT CENTRE, DISNEY MGM STUDIOS, ANIMAL KINGDOM and TYPHOON LAGOON. Highlands Reserve championship golf course is just across the street. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are about one hour?s drive away, whilst the drive to Tampa and the white sands of the Gulf Coast takes about one and a half hours.
