Payment Policy:
We require 20% down at the time of booking and the balance due 60 days from arrival. We will accept a personal check, a bank to bank wire transfer, or your credit card through our paypal account.
Cancellation Policy:
Every effort will be made to re-book the property and if successful, refund a portion of the paid rent but in no case more than the 20% non-refundable deposit. Any cancelled booking may be rescheduled for another date without penalty.

This spacious home includes two master suites with king-size beds each with a private master bath that step out to the screen enclosed pool deck. There is a third master suite with a queen-size bed and full bathroom. The kids will enjoy the two additional bedrooms with a set of twin beds in each and shared full bathroom. The great room offers a queen sofa-sleeper. This home will easily accommodate up to 12 persons.

The great-room has a 52"" projection HDTV surround sound system and a PlayStation II for playing games watching a DVD or playing your favorite music on CD. Each bedroom has its own 20"" TV/DVD combo. This home is located in the Indian Creek Subdivision which is a resort-type community located three and a half miles from Disney's Main Gate! NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU SUBJECT YOUR WHOLE FAMILY TO A CROWDED HOTEL ROOM! SHARE THE EXPERIENCE!
