Rates: in US Dollars. 30 day minimum rental. At these rates, this is
less expensive then a hotel for a few weeks!!

**Sept-Dec $1400/mo.**
**Jan-Mar $2500/mo.**
Please add 11% tax to rents, $300 security fee, $80 cleaning fee.
Any 2 continuous months or more from April-Dec rate can be reduced!!
Will also rent long term lease. Inquire for other time periods.
$80 cleaning fee. $300 Refundable Security Deposit required to
confirm dates. Check in is after 3pm on arrival date, and check out
is before 9am on departure date. 11% tax will be added to short term
rent. Sorry no pets. Smoking outdoors only please. Until confirmed,
