Our luxuriously furnished home has a South facing lakeside pool deck to maximise those sunshine hours. Our home is 10 mins to Disney and has a games area & free solar pool heat for every guest.

Our luxury villa which sleeps 8 maximum is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Highway 192 the main tourist area through to the Disney Parks where many shops and restaurants are located. Our home is a very straightforward 10 minute drive to the Disney area. Our proximity to the parks makes it very convenient for you to return to your villa mid-afternoon for a swim or relax on the South Facing pool deck overlooking the Landscaped Lake before returning to the parks or shops in the evening.

Our home was completed August 2003 and has a lovely view from the extended pool deck. We have purposely steered away from the boring furniture packages and have invested a lot of time in hand picking every item of furniture. We have also provided top of the range Sealy/Serta beds for a comfortable nights rest - with no-one sleeping on a sofa bed!!

The garage area has been carpeted and this is where you will find the games room cooled with a large fan.

Our beautiful villa which took its first guests August 2003 has a wonderful uninterrupted view from the pool deck over a Landscaped Lake.

The villa is all on one level with spacious rooms and accommodates 8 guests maximum.

We also own a further 2 villas in the Eagle Pointe development next door (4 bedroom 2 bathroom and 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villas) which can also be combined for larger groups.

Security Deposit - this is to be paid with the final rental balance and will be reunded to you (subject to no damage or breakages) once the property has been cleaned and checked after your departure.
