Our privately owned vacation home is on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida in New Port Richey about 20 minutes north of Clearwater and is an ideal base for your Florida vacation

The property is 2200 square feet and beautifully designed and decorated.

Downstairs you will find a 3 car garage with room for a boat or Jet Ski games room equipped with Table Tennis Table Table Football and of course the pool & Patio.

Upstairs is the living accommodation which consists of a lounge kitchen and dining area on open plan. Patio doors lead from the family room to the upstairs balcony.

There are 4 bedrooms; Master ensuite has a King sized bed this room also has a separate Nursery with cot and changing facilities. French doors from this bedroom lead onto the upstairs balcony.

Second bedroom has Queen sized bed and third and fourth have two twins each and the second bathroom is located in the hall between the two twin bedded rooms. The house can sleep 8 + a baby if you use the nursery.

We supply all linens towels cooking utensils etc and provide a microwave range washer dryer iron and hairdryer. For those days when you just want to lounge around the home or relax by the pool we have supplied a selection of books and videos for all ages. There is 52"" Wide screen T.V with the extra cable package. D.V.D. VCR and a stereo system also for your enjoyment
