The 2-apartment house, kept in Mediterranean architecture, was finished in spring 1986.

Its beautiful situation in Gerra Gambarogno, about 200 meters above the Lago Maggiore, gives you the peace and the rest you desire.

For cooler days, the apartments are equipped with floor heaters.

The upper apartment is self used and will not be rent. The lower apartment is on the garden level and is the one we rent.
