The Villa is well placed for Disney World, which is only 3 miles away and the Florida Mall only just a short drive. Eating out is no pronlemn The outback Stake House, Red Lobster, Fridays, Chinese and restaurants are in walking distances away from Rolling Hills

Disney attractions such as Animal Kingdom, Arabian Knights, Seaworld, Old Town and Golf are near by.
