Just being readied for a Vacation Rental. Be the first to stay in this beautiful home. The 4 TV's are not shown. Will take new pics when they arrive. There will be a large flat panel over the fireplace in the living room and 3 others upstairs in the bedrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Custom two tone paint treatment makes the home feel very warm.

Close to the Marriott (Desert Ridge) & Westin Spa & Resort.(Kierland) Don't miss the Westins Resort Bagpiper who performs virtually every evening n a truly beautiful setting. Sit around the fire pit and relax as he plays the soothing music of the Bag Pipes. Very memorable. Kierland Center, The new City Center (partial opening November 2008), FBR Open Car shows, etc.

The Estate offers 3 Bedrooms 2.5 Baths - Large Loft / office 2 Car Garage with door opener, Electric Grill in yard, Community Pool heated by the good old Arizona Sunshine, TV with Cox Cable with spots package, and DVD Player.

This 1.5 year old home - can sleep up to 8 guests. Beds are arranged as a King in the Master, Queen in 2nd Bedroom, 2 twins in bedroom 3 and a very comfortable Queen Futon Sleeper Couch in the loft area. Pics of all the bedrooms not posted yet.

The home has Corian counter tops and all black appliances in the kitchen. It is very well located to all of the North Scottsdale activities. Nice side yard area - great area for the your dog(s)...large breed dog OK.

From our Tatum Village location you can enter the Reach 11 Recreation area for walking, cycling, Equestrian shows, bird watching etc. And only minutes away, you are in the shopping Mecca of Desert Ridge, Kierland, the new upscale City North and One Scottsdale are future high end shopping areas in the category of Rodeo Drive. They are now both under construction with partial openings in late 2008.

Only 10 minutes away you will find Kierland, a fabulous and unique relaxing pedestrian friendly shopping/dining/resort experience not to be missed.

Annual events like the Barrett Jackson?s Car Auction, FBR Golf Open, art shows, and Arabian horse shows are also only 10 minutes away. An abundance of upscale, fine dining experiences are available in nearby Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley Resorts, and Phoenix.
