Mt. Baker Rim Ensuite #08 - A Newly Remodeled Studio - A Perfect Romantic Getaway

This newly remodeled, ground-floor ensuite is a perfect getaway for two. Entering through the double doors, you'll find an American Leather sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV with Starlink, and a beautiful built-in gas fireplace. In the kitchen area, you'll find a cute dining table and all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, including a stove top (No oven) an apartment-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is one full bath and a stackable washer/dryer. Just outside, there is a gas BBQ and chairs for you to sit and drink your favorite beverage. Also, a parking spot just for you! This vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Note: The owners of this family vacation property occupy the main and top floors of their residence from time to time and may or may not be present during your stay. The en-suite features separate entrances aside from the main house area.

Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

RATES: Mt Baker Lodging offers seasonal nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $50. o Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $249 per night

o Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $199 per night

o New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $249 per night

Weekly range: $774 to $1,494

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
