The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! This rural vacation home is located at the end of a long gravel road with a considerable grade that is not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances that are beyond our control.

The owners of this family vacation property occupy the main and top floors of their residence from time to time and may or may not be present during the time of your stay. The en-suite features separate entrances aside from the main house area.

RATES: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $244. RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
